2. Print-on-Demand Model & Production

  • Custom On-Demand Manufacturing: You acknowledge that all products sold on Helios Clothing Co are custom-printed on-demand following the placement of your order.
  • Mockup & Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our apparel as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens render colors differently, slight variations between on-screen mockups and the physical printed garment may occur.
  • Production Times: Estimated fulfillment times are approximations and do not include transit/shipping time. Production timelines may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

3. Pricing, Orders, and Billing

  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Because orders enter automated production queues rapidly with our fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party processors (including Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Import Duties

  • Address Accuracy: You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Helios Clothing Co is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Helios Clothing Co are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the parcel to the shipping carrier.
  • Customs and Duties: For international orders outside the United States, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges imposed by your local customs authority.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

6. Intellectual Property & Fan Tribute Art

  • Site Content: All branding, logos, graphics, website code, layout, and original designs on heliosclothingco.com are the intellectual property of Helios Clothing Co and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  • Transformative Fan Art: Graphics featured on our garments that pay homage to cult cinema and pop culture are original artistic interpretations and transformative parodies/tributes. They are not official merchandise, nor are they affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any original copyright or trademark holders.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site or its content:

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
